Original text: "This is something we put together as the result of me playing around with iMovie. The footage was taken from my FujiFilm A200, editted on an iMac with the commentary laid over it in iMovie"

It's fun to see how far we've come in a year.
Oh yeah. From crappy audio, digital cameras without audio capture, to analog camcorders with synch issues after capturing, to a nice dv camcorder (same as your new one actually, we love it) with firewire...ah, that's better.
Although the technical challenges did create the need for some extra creativity which I miss.
